Boost your Motivation

People sometimes experience some mishaps. The problem is when it happens it’s hard to recover from thinking that this will be a long day full of unfortunate incidents. To recover from your bad luck and loss of motivation, here are some of the things to do.

1. Laughter Lighten your mood with laughter. Laughter comes best if you are naturally gifted with it. It can be a skill which you harness in through social encounters with different people. By making a topic out of subjects such as known people, movies or advertisements or acting nonsensical is a great way to forget about the depressing mood. Being crazy and silly are the most common ways to bring out laughter.

2. Grab a Drink Getting a drink doesn’t mean you need to loosen up drinking your brand of liquor. You might end up drunk and become much less productive. In cases such as this, having a cup of tea or coffee helps to relax, boosts energy and make up for the complexity of a having a hard time. Your favorite juice or whatever favorite drink you prefer is a very valuable asset boosting up yourself and bring back your motivation.

3. Commitment to Work You can’t see things the way you wanted it to be. You might be working but find it difficult with your task wishing you were doing something else. You try to do something like making things more suited in your work area. Trying a different method on how to approach your work but nothing seems to work. Sadly when nothing worked knowing you have tried it all is that you are not looking at the wrong side of the view. You will find yourself that you are doing this to provide your necessities, to pay your rent, your plan for the next trip and so on. By looking for a reason why you are facing this kind of dilemma, remember your purpose and you will be on the right track again. 4. Results

Wondering if you are good enough won’t help. I mean you might be wishing for something like the outcome of the work. Instead of sulking to the corner or wondering if you have the potential, trust your knowledge if you have the proper authority to it. Maybe you’re just being intimidated. Trust the compliments of those who have seen you and your capabilities. You must learn to embrace it. Remember that boosting up your motivation by looking far-ahead of the outcome.

5. Assessment Asking about other people’s advice from other people is a big help. Try to ask them about how they see you and how you are seeing yourself. Expect positive and negative remarks. You can see how to improve yourself by hearing out all of these. Use their feedbacks as your momentum and motivation either the remarks are good or bad.

6. Nice and Tidy A clean work place always works if you are out of your mood and less motivated. Thinking how you can be more productive is a good mental exercise. Plus, it also gives you the sense of responsibility to always clean your working area. Remove all the unnecessary scraps cluttered all over your desk. This way, you can see a clear path along your working environment. Thinking about your work, decisions and everything will be much easier when you see things in order. A clean area influences the person to be in proper mood, energizes the body and boosts motivation.

7. Rewards After taking so many punches from your work you may feel so battered you feel you’re already knocked out for another battle. Your struggle with yourself and your work is the best reason to earn yourself a nice reward. Reward yourself by going to shopping, spas or having a full body massage. Keep track of your working schedule and make it certain that you will give yourself a break after these long, enduring works. After all, you are worth of your efforts.
