1. True love
February 21, 2017

A heart grows sad when it senses it must conform to someone else's concepts and ideas. This makes for an impossible relationship and is not love at all, but fear. True love sets free. God is "Love". “The beginning of love is the will to let those we love be perfectly themselves, the resolution not to twist them to fit our own image. If in loving them we do not love what they are, but only their potential likeness to ourselves, then we do not love them: we only love the reflection of ourselves we find in them” ? Thomas Merton, No Man Is an Island Love with passion Dance in the ligh... (read more)

2. Renew and refresh
February 15, 2017

It is the spirit of God that bestows on us the graceful blessings that bless others and heals. Let our thoughts, words and deeds be the demonstration of the glory of the eternal light of perfect love. When we fall short simply choose again, choose love! Isaiah 57:19Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC) 19 Peace, peace, to him who is far off [both Jew and Gentile] and to him who is near! says the Lord; I create the fruit of his lips, and I will heal him [make his lips blossom anew with speech in thankful praise]. Love with passion Dance in the light Nanette Victoria ... (read more)

3. Love one another
February 11, 2017

The ego thrives on attack and making someone else guilty, so it can have a false sense of power (which is a lie). This is truly being asleep and is extremely painful. We may be comfortable with such insanity and this is merely more of the nightmare dream of separation. Awake, God is calling for lovers of the light to offer love and compassion. The joy that comes from being in God's will far surpasses words. The experience is Heaven on Earth now! 1 Peter 3:9 9 Never return evil for evil or insult for insult (scolding, tongue-lashing, berating), but on the contrary blessing [praying for their ... 4. Flip, switch and turn
February 08, 2017

The light of Christ lives on through us, in us, is us, because Jesus brought it into manifestation for us and now resides within. Worldly clamor at times can dull the inner light of Christ. And the Good News is we simply remember (repent)~flip, switch and turn back to the light. All is well, all is done~victory won. John 1Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC) 1 In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. 2 He was present originally with God. 3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; and witho... 5. Gift of discernment
February 05, 2017

The gift of discernment is no small gift. With it comes wisdom and spiritual knowledge that invites us to know truth, experience truth and live truth. We must not buy into every thing new under the sun, simply because there is nothing new under the Son. All has been made complete through Christ. Be wise and buy not into the temptations of the world. Matthew 24:3-5 3 While He was seated on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately and said, Tell us, when will this take place, and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end (the completion, the consummation) of the age? ... 6. Power of choice
February 03, 2017

Power of choice? What is that exactly? Over thinking it confuses the issue. The ego loves all it's fancy so called choices. When we are awake choices are gone, for God's Spirit is Divinely moving through us and we intuitively know what to do (by God's grace). When we are divinely guided we simply are in correct action. God will always do the works through us. May we not get in the way and attempt to make our own personal choice. Grace is enough! God guides-we listen! 2 Corinthians 9:8And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you... (read more)

7. No more ‘Thinking About It'- Make a Decision to Take Action Today!
December 20, 2016

Never making the decision you know you need to make has been called ‘analysis paralysis’; ‘sitting on the fence’; ‘considering your options’; ‘waiting for the right time’ (when there is no right time); ‘not wanting to rush into anything’; and, in new age lingo ‘being kind to myself by NOT making a decision’. OMG, really? However, deep inside ourselves, if we’re willing to be honest, we know it by another name, and it’s not ‘procrastination’. It’s called “F.E.A.R.”. I know fear well, and my guess is that you do, too. We all do, if we’re honest. And the only difference between tho... (read more)

8. Bluebirds Bring Hope
December 10, 2016

Prior to meeting and marrying Kathleen, the decade before had been a most challenging period for her. It was one of those tough stretches many of us face over the course of our lives. Kathleen had been suddenly “downsized”, went through an unwanted divorce, had cancer surgery, her mother had a heart attack and was raising two young teenagers (and sheep) in a big old house out in the country. The emotional roller coaster of life was pulling her down. One day driving home after a job interview, Kathleen pulled into her driveway and there in the burning bush, was a flock of over two dozen, ea... (read more)

10. Extra Mile Day: Reminder That Change Created By Less Talk, More Action
October 27, 2016

Los Angeles, CA, October 26, 2016 -- Over 550 cities and towns across America have stepped forward and declared November 1st as “Extra Mile Day.” By making the declaration, mayors from across the country are recognizing the difference-making contribution of volunteers and organizations who are not just talking about creating change, but who are taking action to make it happen. 12. The Dirt Cheap Phone Chargers Are Hazardous for Quite a Few Reasons
September 13, 2016

A USB cable is the name of a cable that you use for charging your device. A wall adapter comes with the cable that it must be plugged into. However, a significant number of low-priced replacements are floating around. Does one need to pat the rather exorbitant prices for the wall chargers that act as replacements for Apple devices? What about the claims of all the additional device manufacturers that if you use a rough third-party unit, it could give you headaches? Is it that they’re only blowing smoke, or is the Amazon knockoff charger worth $3 the one that’s smoking? An intelligent engineer ... (read more)

13. Evaluating the Evaluators: The Utility of SETs in Educational Leadership
September 06, 2016

A very difficult question in educational management today is how to accurately evaluate teacher performance. The most commonly used means of evaluating instructor performance are the evaluations filled out by the students at the end of each semester. This article will examine the utility of student evaluations in determining teacher success and as the basis of coaching to improve. The starting point of this article is an organization based on love as opposed to fear. Fear of failure and job loss can indeed be a strong motivator, but quality work is unlikely to ensue. In a fear-based en... (read more)

14. Leading Change in a Global Environment
June 15, 2016

Global affairs are often unstable. In the early part of the year, Japanese stock market falters again, capping its worst single-week performance since the global financial crisis in 2008. Japan is not alone in its underperforming markets. Yet, globalization has connected countries through various elements. Financial markets are not an exception. This article explores issues of change in a global environment and discusses the merits of change agents in today’s organizations. Change comes in many ways for organizations. In Harvard Business Review, author Rod Ashkensas put a framework on how... (read more)

15. Visionary Leadership
June 15, 2016

Visionary leadership is vital to organizations that wish to exist in competitive environments. Yet, it is not enough to have only one visionary leader in an organization’s existence. Through their visions, leaders can articulate their values and principles. Aubrey Malphurs, author of Values-Driven Leadership, notes, “An organization’s core values signal its bottom line…every organization must have a commitment to values that matter. The organization must passionately stand for something.” There are numerous examples where a visionary founder departed the scene. Consequently, the organiza... (read more)

16. Three Paths tp Build a Business
January 11, 2016

I’ve discovered that there are three paths to building a business. I’ve been on all three at some point in my entrepreneurial journey. The first is the path of hoping. Marketing on the path of hoping is a lot like flinging pasta at the wall to see what sticks. I used to do this a lot. I’d decide to create a class, send out an email or two, and see if anyone showed up. Sometimes they did, sometimes they didn’t. My creative, feminine energy was alive and flowing. The people with whom I connected received the sort of value that allowed great shifts their lives from what I was offering. My h... (read more)

18. 10 Sure Ways to Attract People to you
December 03, 2015

Every time I’ve bought this subject up in conversation, there has been disbelief that it can actually been done. On the other hand, whenever it’s been scheduled in a seminar, the module has taken longer than anticipated. Here are what the highest earning professionals do that you may not be doing. 1. Focus Your Attention on the Other Person Everyone wants to be the centre of attention. To focus all of your attention onto another may not be possible. However, great results can be achieved if you only make people feel special in your presence. Most people love to talk about th... (read more)

19. HOW TO MAKE STUDENTS READ MORE?
November 26, 2015

Reading is an important thing for every intelligent person. One cannot find out this world without reading. With the appearance of Internet, people began to buy fewer books, but nothing can substitute them. It is a great source of knowledge and world’s secrets. If you haven’t read, at least, one book in the last 90 days, you are not going to gain success. Ask all the millionaires: all of them are reading books every day, even now, when they are already rich. As for the students, it’s sometimes difficult to make them read literature. Many of them are lazy and don’t find reading quite essential... (read more)

20. A review of the movie The Maneater 2012
November 21, 2015

This is a French indie style film set in contempory times. The central character in this movie is Jezebel, an attractive young raven haired woman, who has a buddy girlfriend who is a friend with benefits and that sets the table as to her being a bit wayward to some of the mores of the Catholic church which comes into play just a bit later. She also does the club scene and there is lightly investigated rendezvous with a married man among maybe others. She is an excellent artist, who can command attention and pay at galleries, but her own self portrait is telling of at the least l... (read more)

21. Don't look for impossible angles
November 02, 2015

A nearly impossible angle on the basketball court is successfully completing a bank shot from the side of the basket somewhat behind the basket. On the golf course, it would be trying to be so precise as to virtually expect a hole in one on a fairly long drive. In the meantime, there might be things you can do often successfully and often consistently on both the golf course and basketball court. Realizing though that some things you are contemplating might be relatively impossible, don't fully discount your thinking on the topic. I had taken a plane ride over Mt. McKinley ... (read more)

22. Rebirth
October 29, 2015

We experience and know God only in The Spirit (which than can flow through our body temple). In the Bible passages below we see how we move from lower consciousness into Christ consciousness. Our Spiritual journey here is one of which layers of the onion gets peeled away until rebirth occurs. From baptism in water (clean house/clear conscience) to The Baptism in Spirit. There are no words for such a transformation (we get prepared for rebirth/conversion). Only by Spiritual experience we awake to Christ within us "now". John 1:18-23 18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son... (read more)

23. In between all or nothing
October 16, 2015

The all or nothing policy often plays out with more of an emphasis on nothing and that will leave you more than likely short changed. You want to be in more of a maximization mode, to maximize benefits sometimes you need to fill in nooks and crannies and that doesn't often look like an all case, yet if you pursue it a bit it can amount to a lot more than nothing. For example, a brisk run for just a half hour, is not going to get you close to a marathon but can be highly beneficial. Reading two articles in the NY Times feels like not using the paper enough, but those two articles... (read more)

24. Happiness beyond thought
October 10, 2015

One of our main characteristics is that we try to conceive all that we live, that is we tend to always build a representation, a meaning about that which we experience. We do not have simple feelings, but conceived feelings, not direct moods, but mediated ones, namely mediated by our thought. It was said that a human being is a rational animal. When we think about something there is also a weird tendency to relate that thought process to some valuing, to discovering what is the value of that which we think about. Usually it is a moral value that we seek. For example, when we try to be ha... (read more)
