You were never fat when you were younger but when you got older you started to put on weight and couldn't figure out the reason. We'll often blame our metabolism. Weigh loss can be affected by doing certain things most of us are unaware of. We will now discuss fat burning hormones and how each type of hormone has its own trigger. Hormones are what control your metabolism.. There are many different things that block and trigger hormones. Hormones can be triggered or blocked by foods or exercise. . Imagine being able to find out what you are doing that is effecting your weight loss? You could then change it and get the results that you want. You could achieve hormone balance! One of two things can happen with hormone triggers. Either fat will be burned or fat will be stored. One thing that happens and which is a big problem is that most people are cancelling out the effects of fat burning horomones by using the wrong triggers. One example would be that correct exercise would most likely work if you were to get seven hours of quality sleep each and every night. If you do not get enough sleep then you may be preventing fat burning. Your fat burning can even be set back if you have just a little bit of sweet carbohydrate. The saying "everything in moderation" does not always work with everything. Its also not good to drink wine at night. Alcohol is a gland destroyer. This can really hurt. It may set you back for hours or even days. When you implement these hormone triggers correctly through the body type diet you are going to find that weight loss will be much easier and much faster as well. You should start to see what a waste of time it is simply counting calories when using hormone triggers to burn fat is so much more effective. Conclusion Hormone balance is the key. Maintaining a body type diet for your own body type is the most effective way to trigger the proper hormones that you need to trigger in order to burn fat and lose weight. Implementing hormone triggers properly through the body type diet you will find that weight loss is much easier and much faster as well.
