If i have to describe myself i would describe me as a very pleasant, diverse, active and intelligent woman. I think one of my most distinguishing characteristics is the diversity of experiences I possess. I am a scientist with a flair for the arts. I am a woman with technical aptitude and an interest in management. I also have a passion for creativity and always participated actively in extracurricular activities. All these elements have given me a very broad outlook. My work experience has helped me become more confident with good analytical abilities and to develop good leadership and communication skills. I want to apply my scientific skills and concepts in developing Indian Biotech market.
My work experience has given a strong foundation to my analytical skills since in vitro and in vivo studies involves a lot of long, complex and intricate statistics and the application of basic math skills. Over the past 1 and a half years, I have been working with Piramal lifesciences ltd.( formely known as Nicholas Piramal),where i got a chance to work in a virological vaccine project project for both in vivo and in vitro efficacy studies. Before that i was working with Sun Pharma Advanced Reserach Centre, for almost 3years, where i experienced in vivo and established successfully genotoxicity studies under GLP compliances and preparing reports as per USFDA norms has developed my analytical skills immensely. Got experience in monitoring overseas genotoxic studies from one of most reputed Switzerland CRO, which follows GLP norms as per USFDA guidelines. This way my professional life has developed my analytical, communication and scientific skills immensely and now i wnat to utilise these skills for a successful biotech business in India.
