If we are to grow and learn fully then we experience life to the full. Is that what you are doing? I am not saying it is an easy process; we get stronger and wiser by going through tough periods in our life. Are you living your life as you want to or are you living someone else's life? The spirit within you is meant to express itself through you, are you allowing your spirit to come through or are you holding back? Everything is connected, we are all connected, how connected are you? Are you following your spirits guidance? Can you see how all this relates to back pain or any other dis-ease? Whatever we do it is a learning process and governed by our thoughts and our thoughts will take us to what we are thinking. So if we think that we can't then that's what we will get a negative result, turn it around and we will get a positive result. At least you have a 50% chance of success. We covered a wide area here and really only just scratched the surface, we can do something about back pain or other dis-ease we just have to create the thought that will take us in that direction. Until we are willing to let go of 'stuff' we will continue to have dis-ease. We are like an onion with many layers, remove one layer and there is another one there.
