And when your ready you can move from just once a week to perhaps twice a week then more when you are ready. Regard this time as valuable. This is time well spent or rather invested because you are taking time to connect to your spirit. It may be a bit difficult to fit your time in when you would like to and also your family will need to respect your time and not interrupt. Starting off just once a week they will get used to it, then over time as you increase the time for you they will get used to it as well so your time is respected. Regard this time as a form of meditation if you wish. I have only just touched on the subject of spirit guides and the like. We are all connected to these energies, we are energy, there is energy all around us in many forms and vibrating at different frequencies. To be brief, if all these energies are in harmony, in particular, if WE are in harmony then we will be ailment free. But as you know we all seem to have an ailment of some kind. It may be back ache or whatever, so does it not make sense to use other sources of energies to help us have a more healthier body? Not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually, connecting a higher source. Remember as I said before keep an open mind. I hope that you are still with me. There is a wild world of spirit ready for you. Let me give you an example. Have you ever had an experience where you feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up? Or a wave of 'goose bumps'? This is a way that spirit is telling you that they are hear with you. They are letting you know that they are present. Some of you may be well into the world of spirit and working in that field to help others. The world of spirit vibrates at a totally different level than of the physical world. Try this little exercise, we are going to connect with the energy of those around us. Wherever you are be still and close your eyes, begin to let your attention leave your mind and slip into your heart.
