It looks for keywords from the pages across the internet and provides a list of results. S.E.O’s are of two types; White Hat S.E.O’s and Black Hat S.E.O’s. Now, the difference is more than skin-deep when it comes to distinguishing them. While White Hat S.E.O’s utilize techniques and methods that do not violate the search engine ethics or allow any spams or viruses to enter or cause any harm to one’s computer usage. Black Hat S.E.O’s are those optimizers that have misleading links and spams and run the risk of transmitting viruses. These lack the assurance of risk-free browsing and increase the hazard of afoul browsing, and they violate browsing policies and ethics. While on the prospect of wholesomeness, White Hat S.E.O’s provide a high level with more content and reliable content being available from the list provided by these. Black Hat S.E.O’s do lack in this prospect as the content provided may prove to be unreliable. The other prospect of that is that with the spams and misleading links displayed on such pages and results can cause harms, such as privacy violation, software infringement and transmission of viruses. The techniques vary from the two methods of Search engine optimization too. While extensively revised, website HTML optimization and genuine content is available from White Hat S.E.O’s, one may not expect the same amount of confidence from Black Hat S.E.O’s. this may be because of keyboard stuffing, hidden spams and links. While nothing compares to the long-term credibility of White Hat S.E.O’s, it does not deliver exceptional results early, like Black Hat S.E.O’s. With that random click, that incorrect link being selected, Black Hat S.E.O’s have a danger of spams, links, etc. An example of White Hat S.E.O’s would be Google, Black Hat S.E.O’s are more visible and evident on websites of downloads and other such popular media web-pages. At the end of the day, it can be said that while White Hat S.E.O’s are a safer platform for an internet search, a lot remains to be done with the little security that Black Hat S.O.E’s offer, with many misleading links and web-pages. But one thing that is certain is that technology has been catalytically beneficially to one’s curiosity, or the quest to learn.
