Today man is not living in happy state of mind. Most of the men run after the money. Money is everything, for most of them it is mother, it is father and it is God. Some of them fall prey to lust (Very strong sexual desire). Women and wine are everything for many of them. Some of them keep themselves busy in unhealthy competition. They want to leave others far behind. They are people who have all material comforts and modern amenities at their command but even then, they are much worried and disturbed. The condition of poor and the farmers is always pitiable. They are victimised by politicians and the hoarders. Thus we find everyone sick having mental tension in one form or other. The symptoms of these people are that the persons get irritated very fast on minor things, shout uselessly on anyone, efficiency reduces and feel lethargic. It leads to many serious health problems. Under these circumstances yoga, balanced diet, play and recreation; play a vital role to reduce and eliminate hypertension and stress, moreover, it develops optimum level of health to lead happy and prosperous life.

Hypertension and Stress management: 1. Control Diet: We all have the best of intentions, but sometimes we fall into hunger-induced overeating traps without even knowing it. Every person can control diet as per his requirement, moreover the importance of eating a balanced diet which includes all the necessary nutrients contributes to the healthy nutrition. So, control diet, less junk food, less fried food, less spicy food less salt in food. To put down your weight you should reduce energy giving food and body building food, which is carbohydrates, fats and proteins respectively.

2. Perform Yoga: Yoga generally refers to various ‘asanas’ in which certain exercises are performed in different physical postures in order to create harmony between the internal and external. Yoga can help you to find balance, teach you a way of developing how to be calm and can also make your body elastic enough to be able to move to its maximum ability. The hypertensed person should perform yogic asanas and pranayam techniques daily early in morning or whenever he feels like. So, for mental poise and peace yoga is must. A good yoga posture can also help you to build inner strength. Yogic asanas are a cure and a prevention of many diseases especially that of stomach or digestion.

3. Avoid Drinking, Smoking or Drugs: Getting drunk regularly can have potentially serious physical, social and academic effects. Hypertensed or stressful persons should avoid drinking (alcohol), smoking or dugs, etc, moreover lot of water should be taken by them. 4. Medicine as per Doctor’s Advice: Doctor’s advice is must for the best results. If we take medicines without the doctor’s advice then it can be harmful for our body and have side effects too. The person should take medicine as per doctor’s advice only moreover they should become prey to medicine or gets toward them addicted. 5. Regular physical activity: Regular physical activity reduces the risk of accidental injury and shortens the recovery period from accident and illness. The person should perform physical activity regularly for sometime. Brisk walking or slow jogging is very helpful for them. Improves self-esteem and self-confidence and may even contribute to widening one’s social circle.

6. Deep Breathing: During the stressful or hypertension period perform deep breathing and remain calm for sometime. Deep breathing plays a vital role in reducing the hypertension. The way in which we breathe affects our whole body. 7. Perform Spirtual Meditation: The biggest benefit by far is that when we slow down, disconnect from the frenetic energy of the outer world and focus within, we experience God within us, our true Home of Light, love, well being, joy and peace. We discover the Truth of who we really are – Pure Spirit, One with God – when we let go of the past and future and relax into the present moment. The person should perform Spirtual Meditation whenever he/she feel. Visit Youthcollection47.com for further queries
