Health: 1. Stay hydrated. 2. Eat morning meal like a master, lunchtime like a royal prince and dinner like a beggar. 3. Eat more foods that grow on plants and vegetation, and eat less food that is produced in vegetation. Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day. Prefer healthy organic food . 4. Be active for at least 2½ hours a week. Include activities that raise your breathing and heart rates and that strengthen your muscles. 5. Find here we are at prayer and reflection 6. Play more games. 7. Study more books than you did this year. 8. Sit alone for at least 10 minutes each day. 9. Develop a regular bedtime routine. Sleep for 7 hours... 10. See your doctor or nurse as often as he or she says to do so. See him or her sooner if you feel sick, have pain, notice changes, or have problems with medicine. 11. Go for brown carbs, like brown rice, whole grain, oats, oatmeal, legumes, and nuts. These come with nutrients and vitamins intact.

Personality: 11. Take a 10-30 moments stroll every day —- and while you stroll, grin. 12. Do not compare your lifestyle to others’. You have no idea what their trip is all about. 13. Do not have pessimism or factors you cannot control. Instead invest your current in the positive existing moment. 14. Do not over do; keep your boundaries. 15. Do not take yourself so seriously; no one else does. 16. Do not spend your valuable energy on rumors. 17. Desire more while you are conscious. 18. Jealousy is pointless. You already have all you need. 19. Forget issues of the last. Do not emphasize your partner with his/her errors of the last. That will damage your existing pleasure. 20. Lifestyle is too short to spend disliking anyone. Do not dislike others. 21. Create serenity with your previous so it will not mess up the existing. 22. No one is in charge of your pleasure except you. 23. Realize that life's a school and you are here to understand. Problems are simply part of the program that appear and disappear like geometry class but the training you understand will last a life-time. 24. Smile and have a good laugh more. 25. You do not have to win every discussion. Accept to don't agree.

Social: 26. Call your close relatives members often. 27. Each day give something excellent to others. 28. Absolve everyone for everything. 29. See individuals over the age of 70 & under the age of 6. 30. Try for making at least three individuals grin each day. 31. What other individuals think of you is none of your business. 32. Your job will not take care of you when you are fed up. Your friends and close relatives will. Keep in contact.

Life: 33. Do the right factors. 34. Get rid of anything that is not useful, wonderful or delighted. Purge negative people from your life. 35. Absolution cures everything. 36. However excellent or bad a situation is, it will change. 37. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. 38. The best is yet to come. 39. When you conscious in existence in the morning, don’t take it for provided – accept life. 40. Your inner most is always happy. So, be very glad. 41. Enjoy LIFE! 42. Stay positive.
