Become an Industry Leader: Another client relies on my skill as an SEO writer to generate abstracts of articles from industry-leading publications in their niche. This drives traffic in two different ways: (i) it positions them as a go-to source of information, making clients return again and again. Instead of reading long articles from various different publications, clients return to their site again and again to bone up on pertinent information; (ii) The client gives me a keyword phrase to write around. This drives traffic from the search engines to their site on a continuous basis. I write anywhere from three to six abstracts a week for this client. This means their site is constantly being updated with fresh, relevant information. Talk about generating search engine juice! Keywords Drive Traffic: If you don't take the time to figure out keywords for every article, blog post and updated page on your site, you're really missing out on traffic.
