For most of us weight loss gives great headaches, diets are ineffective and we come to believe that we can not lose weight ever. "how to lose weight" is the most common question among ladies and even for men. One of the biggest mistakes is to get starved. In this way not only you don’t lose weight in a healthy way, but you risk to get very sick. Below are presented a few tips to be followed in order to lose weight in a healthy way.

For women, fat is deposited in the lower body, on the thighs, and legs while for men fat is deposited in the upper body, especially on the abdomen. Men can lose weight easier because adipose tissue of the upper body is easily removed through diet. For women fat is deposited easily and more difficult to remove.

A women who is too thin does not look good at all. As well too fat womens. The secret is to find a balance. Any person can be his own nutritionist with few knowledge. The most important is to start exercising consistently, to have a healthy and balanced diet and to get rest. In this way you get to be healthy, and really sexy.

Eat fruits and vegetables because are healthy, full of vitamins, nutritious and helps you lose weight. Moreover, Eat, but in smaller quantities than usual, your body needs fats, carbohydrates as well as sugar. Hydration is extremely important. Water helps you lose weight, to reduce stress hormones in the body, and eliminate toxins. Last but not least get some rest, as much as possible.

Eat grain products, because these fibers stimulates digestion. Fish is extremely healthy and contains far fewer calories than meat. Fish it is recommended twice a week. If you want to eat chocolate, choose dark chocolate because it contains sugar in the smallest quantities.

If all this does not give you any results, then you can try using specific herbs. Celery leaves are high in water and fiber, which accelerates the breakdown of fats and it is a good choice when you want quickly to lose weight. Pineapple helps the stomach to digest food better because it contains enzymes. Add a few pieces of pineapple in your diet to get rid of extra pounds.
