Having a balanced BMI and losing weight is becoming the topmost priority of a lot of people in today’s world. Keeping this in mind, the health industry today has come up with quite a few solutions to how this can be taken care of. Among the newest creations in the market is the Alli diet pill. It is a weight loss pill that helps the body by preventing breakdown of fat. Best results are shown when it is taken in conjunction with a balanced low calorie diet as well as regular workouts. The Alli diet pill is FDA approved and is available over the counter without a prescription. Read on to know more about how you can add a diet pill in a low fat diet.

Breakfast foods

The idea is to avoid fats in all forms. This first implies that you should do away with sausages and bacon. You will also have to get rid of mochas and lattes. In fact try to avoid caffeine and eliminate it from your diet. Try to go completely decaf and become healthier. The healthiest breakfast is having egg whites in a scrambled form and adding some vegetables like sprouts, tomatoes and onions to it for adding taste. With this, add a glass of low fat milk and maybe a few slices of multi grain bread. This will help you feel full for a few hours at least. For those in between hunger pangs, munch on nuts or nibble an apple. If you like waffles make them with whole wheat flour and let go the sugar and maple syrup. Add honey instead. If caffeine your idea of starting a day, either have it black or use a low fat creamer. A better alternative to caffeine is fresh fruit juice.

Lunch foods

There are to be no quick stops at the junk food place, so there is to be no pizza and burgers. If you are used to picking up something at the cafeteria, avoid it and take lunch from home instead. Take multigrain bread slices; smear them sparingly with a low fat cheese spread. Add tomatoes, lettuce, olives, roast chicken and jalapenos to it. Top with another slice. This makes for an easy lunch. If this still doesn’t make you full, eat an apple or some carrots. You could make a healthy yogurt dip with spices in it. This will help add some taste. For those of you that like spicy, powder some cayenne pepper and sprinkle on the dip!

If you are really weight conscious, then just go raw. Eat a salad with as many fresh veggies in it but don’t add salad dressing. Skip the mayo and the cheese and the sweet sauces. Your weight will drop noticeably.

Dinner foods

Dinner is typically the time when you’re back after a hard day’s work and want something comfortable. A good idea is to have a turkey burger or maybe a slice of roast chicken with brown rice. Don’t hog on the chicken, limit yourself to say 20gms of lean chicken. Or a better idea would be to eat some fish. There are plenty of options here too. Add as many fresh veggies as you can and gobble it up.
