"Nobody likes me everybody hates me I'm gonna eat some worms.." I remember hearing that song growing up. Ever had one of those days where you just wanted to eat the worms? You've been making an effort at your mlm business, blog, or online company. Creating all of those wonderful tools that are going to get you thousands of leads flocking to your blog or website, joining your MLM business and purchasing your products.Yet everyday you wake up and absolutely nothing seems to be happening. The many late nights, dozens of follow-up telephone calls and meetings, and still nothing?! You're feeling like no one really cares about what you have to say or what you are trying to accomplish? Well don't give up hope, you're gonna have a whole lot of days like that just before you start to see any real success this means you better get use to it and figure out how to benefit from the process! I know, that's not very inspiring, but hey, it's the facts and you know it. See, the reality is, true development happens in the trying times. The periods where your endurance is tested and developed. Where by your tenacity is enhanced and your character is proven. Yep, the good ol' bad times are where the magic develops. So be content and glad in it because you know what? If you keep the course and don't give up, you will experience success beyond the imagination and it will be more than just a monetary success. You will have the privilege of looking back at the challenges and downfalls and be able to say, "thank you lord for it all". At that point in your life, you'll be a genuine asset to a person; at that point, you will really have something of value to present to those people walking behind you. Feeling depressed and irritated in regards to the condition of your company is a kind of resistance. You're combating what is instead of going with the flow. So when you start to feel like eating those proverbial worms, try these 5 helpful techniques. Step Away Take a day where you're business free. Don't ponder over it, don't talk about it, don't even dream about it. Give yourself and your brain an escape and enjoy the day. Go meet up with your friends (without thinking of ways to recruit them...Lol). Finish that book you've wanted to read or go to a movie. Just find something that gets your mind off of your business. Quit tearing your hair out trying to find different marketing strategies. I know you want to see profits in your business, but I can almost bet that you are already doing what you can do to market your opportunity. If you don't find ideas flowing to you easily, it usually means there is nothing else that needs to be done except to wait. Know that anything you've implemented is working for you behind the scenes and you will see the results of your efforts at some point. Now if you already know there's something you ought to be doing and you haven't done it yet, well then you need to be about the business of getting that done and not thinking of something else. Meditate Whatever this means to you, practice it. You need to be taking time out everyday to "think on the good things..." Meditation is medicine for your mind. Have a good laugh Quit taking things so seriously. Take it easy. Keep in mind this is a process of growth in your intrinsic life as well as your external life. Take pleasure in every moment of it. Don't forget to laugh at yourself. I know if someone were viewing me at some of my most stressful moments, they'd be laughing there heads off. I've caught myself more than once in the heat of the moment and just had to stop and laugh! Not only is laughing good for you, it tightens up your stomach muscles as well. ;) Believe. Yes faith can move mountains, but it really begins with belief. You have to believe in yourself and what it is you are trying to achieve. Believe that you are in the perfect place at the perfect time carrying out precisely what led you to your decision to enter this business to begin with.
