TEMPLARS DO NOT KILL. The deadly cults that take on the sacred name. The world shakes with horror at the happenings in Norway and once again, the name of the ancient order that shaped the destiny of Europe rears its sacred head, profaned by a fanatical psychopath. It happened with the Calvi murder whose remains hang sadly from the arches of a river bridge aptly called Blackfriars. In the name of the Order ? An assumed association perhaps, but which many attributed to Freemasonry by symbolic connotations like building material found in the pockets of the hounded fugitive who knew his days were numbered. It is true that the infamous PD2 lodge in Italy had tried desperately, via its connection with a schismatic Templar grouping in Switzerland, to forge a direct link with the only reasonably authentic Order of Knights Templar, headed by Fernando de Sousa Fontes in Oporto. His Swiss representative, the financier, Anton Leuprecht had come under attack by a ferocious and arrogant ex military officer threatening to displace him but it had come to naught. Leuprecht resigned under threats of violence and Zapelli assumed control of the membership in the country with promises of financial injections and utopian dreams. But something altogether hitherto unknown had taken place, Masonic, Templar and Vatican associated interests had come together in a dangerous mix that cried for political power and blood. It cried for misplaced aspirations that would once again attempt to stain the name of the ailing order that had lost its sparkle and sense of direction since the Nazi attempt to obliterate it from the face of Europe. In fact,the brave Portuguese family which had taken it on, had promised to carry out a formal, democratic, call for new leadership as soon as the second world war was over and it was safe to emerge. It never took place and family interests swept over legitimacy to produce a pseudodynastic succession that caused the Order to lose its illustrious membership and let loose the fragmentation eagerly manipulated by opportunists and villains. The lack of capable leadership debilitated the very strict discipline which had kept the Order on a pedestal right up to these events. This irregular transmission provoked schismatic retaliations and worse still opened the way for investitures of people whose very lifestyles denied the basic qualifications required by the firm constitution. Today, dozens of organisations, often led by people of very low educational standards and spiritual development, have literally created cults fed on Hollywood gloss with aims and impersonal structures aimed to cash in on souvenirs and paid for comical investitures. In Britain, Spain and America, anything from false noble titles to trinkets and mystical powers bring the monies in from starry eyed, wishful thinkers with visions of grandeur that they can display to their friends. However, the sinister combination of Masonic bases with its traditional defiance of Templar heritage (that it appears to assume in its well known degree), has also sparked off its own schismatic groupings bent on cleansing society of “anticultural” elements. It is these, spurred on sometimes by background, ex high social level personalities with passionate nationalistic views, that can provoke unbalanced individuals to take to the gun. Abhorrence of killing The one aspect of the Order nurtured into being by St. Bernard of Clairvaux, was the abhorrence of killing, even under conditions of war. Christians brought up on the Ten Commandments and the pacifistic teachings of Jesus, could not reconcile the assumption of killing or even less, the concept of warrior monks. Yet, St. Bernard realized, that with Christian citadels and relics under threat, the only answer to the massacres being carried out in the name of Christianity by the feudal barony and anointed Kings of Europe, was a regimented, spiritually focussed militia able to kill under threat albeit under very precise conditions. He outlined this brilliantly in his famous document “About the New Army” which appears among the documents found in the home of the Norwegian killer. The treatise written up by St. Bernard, makes it clear that even killing under the auspices of the Order was fraught with the danger of the fighters losing their own souls. It is therefore inconcievable that any genuine Templar organisation would teach such depravity as that committed by the obviously very disturbed and self deluded perpetrator of the Norwegian massacres. Nationalistic non Templar organisations The creation of local “nationalist” militia based on the White Knights of old, like that of Calatrava, Santiago, Teutonic etc. was brought about precisely because the Knights Templar refused to fight against Christians or even the Islamic settlers who professed respect for a Christian ideology inherited from their founder, the Prophet Mohammed. There is a very well know incident noted by the chroniclers of the period in which the Master of a Templar unit attempted to stop an instinctive urge by his men to attack another Islamic one riding towards them. It was reminiscent of the cry by Jesus himself at the sword attack by his follower against the centurion who arrested him. This denial of violence is what Templary is all about constitutionally. The violation of pilgrims by such organised forces as the deadly Hashishim (which specialised in annihilating whole caravans of defenceless men women and children), had created a conflicting need. The Templar fighters were set up to control mass slaughter and fight purely in strict defence of innocent travellers and profanation of sacred sites. The recent, discovery by Doctor Frale (a member of the Oporto Order) of the hidden letter written by Pope Clement V in which it becomes clear that the Order and its betrayed members, were exonerated of the charges against them, has caused a major international upheaval. It has placed the whole tradition of leadership transmission, (long published and accepted, by the only Order that could vindicate it, the Cistercians) into a new light. Both the records in Oporto and the vast amount of documentation found in the French National Archives, point to the authentic nature of the present modern tradition headed by the Oporto Secretariat. It also demands that international authorities begin to take an interest in ideologies and historical institutions that will not and cannot die. Ideologies that capture the imagination by historical privilege are held in respect, generation after generation by virtue of their appeal to justice and social values. In all Christian societies, authorities should offer protection and indeed, legal registration, to those organisations which can provide the continuity of tradition and documentation and penalize those that make unsubstantiated claims to usurp them. The latter often hide anarchistic, dangerous ideologies capable of producing events like those orchestrated by Manson and the likes of the derailed Norwegian, who so betrayed the sacred principles of noble chivalry. Masonic regalia denies Templary. One very stark reality confronts us with respect to the affiliations of this evil Norwegian perpetrator - the photograph with the blue sash and the apron. No Templar would show any colour other than Red on White and no Templar has ever associated himself with a Masonic, craft symbol, costume which the misguided murderer appears to be so proud to display. Something, somewhere, appears to have gone desperately wrong since that initiation. Those Templar elements that he appeared to have met in the United Kingdom are without doubt, when found, to be of an educational standard, falling well below that which one would associate with genuine Orders of Chivalry.
