Hi! I'm Ingrid Macher, 37 years old from Bogota, Colombia, and a mother of two beautiful girls - 16 and 4 years old. My Dad named me after Ingrid Bergman the famous actress, it almost cost him a divorce, haha.. People always think that I'm blonde with blue eyes because of my last name, but I'm just the opposite. After I got married, I gained 55 pounds of happiness, I call it! But as everybody knows, the honeymoon doesn't last forever, and it was time to get back into the game. After losing all the pounds with a magic pill and changing my lifestyle, I got inspired to help people like me. Now I have my own business, I live where I want to be, and my goal is that people who read my blog at Burn20.com get inspired to change their lives too.
