I wanted to share with you a snoring solution that is easy for you to apply. I think something being easy is very important for this type of condition. People that snore really don't have a problem. They don't hear a thing because they're sound asleep while it happens. They wake up in the morning and the spouses in the bed next to them are the ones that were kept up all night. It's hard to make people change their lifestyle to stop snoring when they don't really have to deal with it. That's why things need to be easy because you'll never get them to do it any other way. This is why I'm going to show you a snoring solution that is easy. Snoring occurs because your throat is in a much more constricted state when you're asleep. There is loose tissue available to vibrate while you're awake, but you don't make snoring sounds than. It happens when you're asleep only and the problem is that your jaw falls open and your tongue falls back toward the throat. This is what causes a very thin opening for the throat area and that causes a very rapid speed in the air that travels through this area. It is the speed of air that inevitably leads to the sound you hear. The snoring solution that is easy is known as a jaw supporter. It provides support for your jaw and takes a lot of the pressure of your throat. Unfortunately there is no way to control the position of your tongue, so you control the position of your jaw.
