I want to talk to you about the positive effects of fasting. There are a lot of people out there looking to lose weight and get fit, but really don't understand how positive the fasting diet can be. I think the main reason for this is that people believe a lot of misinformation that is simply not true. For example, people believe that if they don't eat every few hours that the body goes into starvation mode and doesn't burn fat. Common sense tells us that that is sort of stupid to pick. Your body is going to require the same amount of calories regardless of whether you're eating because your cells still a function. I'm to talk to you about the possible effects of fasting. The actual diet itself is very simple. There's no actual change to the foods you eat nor is there any change to the balance of the food you eat. Basically you're going to dedicate a 24-hour period of time to not eating. You set up these periods of time once or twice a week and you lose weight by doing this. The rest of the week you can be basically the same way you ate before you went on a weight loss journey. This gives you the flexibility of losing weight and still eating the foods that you love. The positive effects of fasting are also seen in your insulin levels. When you eat, especially carbs, you're going to experience in insulin rush. Since people are taught to eat smaller meals all the time you're essentially on in insulin high all the time. While fasting you allow your body to lower its insulin levels have a break from that. Your body's insulin levels go down the body is forced to process that in order to create a balance. That makes it a much more efficient at burning method.
