Again if you have followed the recent articles written you will see how this all ties together, as we all inter-connected in many ways. Think if we could get yoga into schools at an early age, like when they start school. Some cultures already do this with Thai Chi and the like. Records and research show mainly in the east, that these children who start early not only grow well with the bodies (free of dis-ease) but seem to achieve greater results all round as a result. Let's face it; the western culture is not as flexible in mind body or spirit as the eastern cultures. We tend to be more concerned with the outside world than what's going on within. If our world is right within then we can come from a better place to help others. What's your world like? Tell me, who is the most important person in your life? It's YOU! And if it isn't then you need to turn it around so that it is. Let me explain. Would you agree with me that you can only give what you have got? Of course if you haven't got it then you aren't able to give it. Then if your centre, your spirit, your soul, your world is alright then you can give what you have inside. So I ask you again, who is the most important person in your life? Lets' go back to these youngsters. By showing them a path, which is more conducive to a healthier life and not just physically but on other levels as well as mentioned previously. Some of the older generation, me included, have the knowledge to take these youngsters further. To encourage them, and help them to exceed their own expectations, if they feel goods about themselves it will help them to do more. We are the same. They are our future and the more enlightened they become they to will be able to pass on the knowledge. We can learn a lot from our children, just because we are older (and maybe wiser) doesn't mean to say that we cannot learn from those younger than us. They still have their innocence; it is us who have become guilty of forgetting who we really are. We are Spirit having a having a human experience and not the other way round.
