With diligent practice we ward off any possible illness. The exercises move energy around the body helping to free up blocked areas and help to avoid the possibility of illness or dis-ease. That's right dis-ease, the body is not at ease. To help further along these lines Gary Craig's EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can also help. Briefly EFT works on the meridian lines of the body similar to acupuncture and acupressure. EFT is 'tapping' certain areas while saying the negative emotion at that time. EFT can be quick or it can take a little bit longer. Its like an onion, you start to peal off the layers. So for our cancer example, with our emotional scale of 1 - 10 and the emotion is 7, we could say while tapping "Although I have this deep hurt and long standing resentment, I deeply and completely accept myself". The tapping only takes a few minutes, we then measure our response to see where we are, and if its lower than 7 great, if its not, and sometimes it goes higher, then that is a good sign to show that we are on the right track so you keep working at it until it comes down to a low or non figure. Miracles do happen, in this instance I hope it does. Suzie has told me she has started her practice of EFT and will keep me informed of her progress.
