Upper Back Problems, perhaps lack of emotional support. Feeling unloved. Holding back love. You get the idea. Back to where we are with starting to make a change. It's going to take time and effort to make the changes and more to make the changes that we want to achieve. You can make a vast to difference to your life and others by using the knowledge that you know and passing on that knowledge. Work with spirit - become Inspired in what you do, find a way to do what you want to do. If you agree with me then start with this mantra - Don't Give Up. Find a way however small to keep going. Keep positive, you will be tempted to go off course. Go back to stimulating your senses to make you feel better. Whether we have neck, shoulder or back pain it needs to be addressed, with these tools we can. Look to see what we CAN do rather than what we can't, find a way. Believe that you can and you will, believe that you can't and you're absolutely right. "You must be the change you wish to see in the world" quoted by Mahatma Gandhi. To keep you inspired; "This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do to today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind … let it be something good." And another; "Here is a test to find out whether your mission in life is complete. If you are alive, it isn't." And finally; "When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don't blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have problems with our friends or family, we blame the other person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reasoning, no argument. This is my experience. No blame, no reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you understand, and you show you understand, you can love, and the situation will change." Glen Wood - The Yoga Teacher.
