On the day that this had happened he had been watching and monitoring progress on one of the jobs that he had given to one of his staff when he had a delivery of computers. He was looking for someone to set up the computers to a different location when his manager walked in and asked him to haul the computers to a different location where they would be installed. He said that he felt his managers action was uncalled for and because of his grade level and seniority disrespectful. He felt that this was not part of his functions and completely out of line and felt belittled in front of his co workers. As he was lifting one of the boxes, he felt a muscle in his back make a noise and he felt heat rushing through his lower back, which he then froze and couldn't move anymore. He was sent home and after three months of short term disability went to see his doctor. So you see the emotional link to his back pain. He hurt his back when his boss told him to something which he felt was unjust. Now his level of 'emotional pain' was an eight, and with tapping and saying "Even though I was belittled in front of my co workers and my manager was disrespectful and I don't believe that he had the right to do and ask what he did, I completely and lovingly accept myself, I forgive my boss, I forgive myself and I love and respect myself brought it down to three. Working with a few rounds of EFT worked well and this gentleman after a couple of months still had no back pain. Acknowledging who we are and where we are, mmm … what do I mean by that? We have just spoke about energy, we are all energy. The mans back pain was negative energy, his energy was out of balance hence his back pain. So, who are we? How about spiritual beings having a human experience? If you are familiar with this concept then you will have a greater understanding. We are all energy and energy is all around us vibrating at different levels. Accepting and Acknowledging ones self and discovering your life mission and purpose could be your present challenge.
