I wanted to talk to you about the methods for treating fibroids. If you have a fibroid than you have tumors growing in and around the internal reproductive organs. Only females can get these. The good news is that these tumors are benign and aren't health risks themselves, but the existence of them will actually create complications. These complications can be extreme cramping, bleeding and an inability to get pregnant. You're going to hear about various options that you have available to you that will get rid of these symptoms and I feel the need to give you a blunt understanding of each. I'm going to talk to you about the methods for treating fibroids. Doctors think surgery is the only solution. They don't know why you have these tumors, nor do they know what to do about it. They just know if you cut a tumor off, it's not there anymore. Since this is the reproductive organs, you will have to go through major surgery. The reality is that there is no guarantee that organs can be saved. Often the tumors are right inside and organs have to be removed as well. That will take care of cramping and bleeding, but it will take away your ability to get pregnant. Another one of the methods for treating fibroids is to shrink them. This doesn't require any surgery. When the tumors are small, they don't cause complications. You won't experience cramping and bleeding. Your chances of pregnancy are greatly improved. Shrinking is done by lowering your estrogen levels. You can do this naturally through changes in your diet and exercise, but you can also work with a doctor on an aggressive hormone therapy plan.
