She mentioned that she as far as she could remember she has never had any back pain or sciatica before. Her doctor thought that was strange because most people have some form of back pain in their early years let alone in their eighties. He suggested working on the lower lumber spine with gentle manipulation. After working on the lady it transpired that she has been doing yoga for over 60 years! And she is still practicing. It is no surprise that she has been free from back pain if she has been doing yoga for that long. The other thing he mentioned was that she didn't look a day over 65! It is reported that over 5 million people who are in the UK who at some level stressed at work with a cost of £3.7 billion every year.
