Due to the above reasons, I feel it is important for me to discuss dieting with intermittent fasting. This diet is actually quite simple to understand. There are no restrictions on carbs or fat. You can eat anything you want even if you know it is bad for you. It is also important to note that you're not going to be starving yourself. Studies have shown that people will eat about the same amount of calories on this diet, as they did before going on it. Basically, you have a 24 hour period where you can eat and a 24 hour period where you fast. That's all there is to it. Dieting with intermittent fasting is actually natural and the way our body is designed to work. It may seem illogical, but who says that eating three meals a day is natural? If you look at the human beings that had to hunt to eat, than you'll see a lot of parallels. If an animal was caught, than people got to eat. If nothing was caught, than they had to go without.
