Hair is one of important determiners for you to appear attractive or not. With your beautiful hair, you will easily appear better looking, arrange you hair, and change the style you want, so, it will build your confident. Moreover if your profession deals mostly with public affair that you should look attractive, it will be very pity if your hair is not in a good condition, although only one piece. There are many factors that are responsible for hair damage. Those factors, however, can be classified into two categories, namely internal factor and external factor. Internal factor that influences hair condition is genetic factor such as the type and condition you have possessed since you were born. This factor is difficult to be solved, and you need not to worry about it. In other word, you should pay extra attention on external factors that come from outside your body for example environment, treatment, disease, and food or nutrition. - Disease Factor
There are some diseases that can damage hair beauty such as fever, head skin problem, cancer, stress, etc. The chronic disease like cancer can cause permanently bald headed. That is why you should always keep your health so that your hair grows well. - Nutrition Factor
Fatty, too hot, and under nutritious food will badly affect the beauty of your hair. So, you should consume a lot of nutritious foods to have healthy hair. - Treatment Factor
It is more influenced by the way you treat your hair. For the sake of appearance, people usually give over treatment for their hair such as changing color frequently, using an overheat blow dryer, curling iron, flat iron, using some products containing chemical agent, using improper product for the hair texture and condition, using highly densed comb, etc. Wearing hat and helm continuously will also cause the hair too humid and finally damage it. To avoid those problem above, you should recognize the characters of your hair and then give proper treatment. Select some products which are suitable for your hair type. The more natural the product is, the lower the risk will be. Use some tools only when necessary. If you have got short hair for example, it is unnecessary to use a blow dryer. Using a towel instead of blow dryer is enough. - Environmental Factor
This factor is mostly caused by bad weather like sunburning, air pollution, water pollution especially polluted water used to rinse your hair, swimming in unhealthy water such as in the sea or in the chlorine contaminated water. We all know that one of the hair function is to protect your head from sunburning, but it does not mean that you may have sunbathing under an overheat weather continuously as the heat can damage your hair.
