Trekking to Everest Base Camp is also a fundamental part of the route for each Everest summit attem

Business,Travel & Tourism,Blogs
Trekking to Everest Base Camp is also a fundamental part of the route for each Everest summit attempt. There are various Mount Everest Base Camp trek and many start with a trip into Lukla airport in an elevation of 2860 meters. Each of these trekking paths provides a scenic and fulfilling approach to attack the growth in elevation of 2500 meters to Everest Base Camp on the Nepal side, situated at 5360 meters in elevation. Importantly, these Everest treks incorporate rest days to supply trekkers and mountaineers having a chance to become accustomed to the thinner atmosphere while enjoying the scenery on the route. For mountaineers, the trek to Everest Base Camp is only the beginning of their adventure. When they get to the head of the Khumbu Valley, they set their Everest Base Camp on the Khumbu glacier as they start into the final phases of their training and acclimatization that comes before any summit effort. It's a gradual process that can take weeks, and frequently years, of planning and preparation. For the famous television survival expert, Bear Grylls, his 1998 trip to Everest's summit took three months to finish. At that moment, he had been the youngest Briton. But in nine years later, Bear Grylls returned to the Everest trekking area and made a much more audacious and dangerous partnership. He attempted to fly a paraglider to an elevation exceeding the summit of Mount Everest. Bear would fly in a supercharged vehicle designed by his friend Giles"Gilo" Cardozo, attempting to transcend the existing altitude record for paragliding of 20,017 ft. (6101 meters). On the day of the flight, with three hours' worth of good weather, fuel and oxygen, Bear and Gilo introduced themselves into the atmosphere strapped to what looked for a little more than a seat with a motor along with parachute attached. Soon they were spiraling up to a height farther than that able from the camera helicopter that was after their progress. On the other hand, the cameras onboard the paragliders revealed a breathtaking sight of a ribbon of blue skies merging into the blackness of space above, which in the heights they attained they could see even though it was daytime. After seventy two minutes of flying upward, when he was sure he'd succeeded, Bear turned his search engine and glided down throughout the stunning mountain landscape which makes Everest trekking so unique. The plan was supposed to corroborate their elevation with a global positioning system and altimeters; unfortunately, they found from the atmosphere and sub-zero temperatures, their instruments froze when they were about four miles above the Mission Everest Base Camp. Although the reading the instruments occurred before they froze showed that Bear, at 7621 meters, had surpassed the current paragliding record by 1524 meters and was still climbing, the document cannot be official without a valid reading from the altimeter. Nonetheless, is apparent what Bear had achieved in Gilo's machine. The pictures from the onboard cameras showed Bear had cleared the height of Mount Everest, and the team estimated he'd attained about 150 meters greater. This took him above 3640 meters higher compared to Everest Base Camp (that's over two miles) and almost five miles over sea level. So while you embark on your Everest Base Camp Trek, spare a thought into the intricate preparations, activities and experiences that could be going on ahead of you at the high end of the road.
