A good real estate agent is one who has complete knowledge of your location and all aspects of real estate including prices, interest, decline or growth of the property market; you want a real estate agent who knows details about important social amenities such as schools, shopping malls, hospitals, upcoming business developments as well as the real value of the property and others in the neighborhood.
