Recently, Punjab urban planning and development authority would be adding three new sectors to Mohali city. As provided in master plan by authority they developing sector 81 for institutional use and sector 88 and 89 for residential and commercial use. Now we are listing various commercial projects in Mohali:-

Sector 62 and 87 of Mohali city is comprehensively designed for Commercial Project. These areas are well connected to other sectors of greater Mohali city via road. Punjab and Haryana both states shared Chandigarh for their administrative center. Government of Punjab wants separate and specific place for their administrative center. 1. Mr. Rajinder Sodhi lives in sector 66, Mohali. He says that Mohali currently best city in Punjab but he is little disappointed with name of Mohali because current name of Mohali is known as SAS Nagar. He said, There is no need to change name of city if its name has already changed once.

2. Mr. Ramanjeet Singh lives in sector 18, Mohali. He says currently Mohali is very cheap to purchase property as compared to Chandigarh, Delhi and Noida.
