Amazon Instant Video is hugely popular for people who enjoy streaming movies and shows at home or on the go. You have access to a large library of content, both old and new. For Prime members, much of this content will come with your subscription. Even if you are not a Prime member, you can still view these shows and movies, though each show or movie will come at a price. If you want to start making use of this service, you can. Playing Amazon Instant Video is a lot easier than you might imagine, though there are some concerns. These concerns are generally manageable, however. Apple owners have several options available here. You can stream on iPad or on MacBook Pro with little effort. There is an Apple app, which is available for Apple TV, and the service will run smoothly for Apple users. This means that you can watch your favorite movies and show at any time. Streaming from iPad to TV is easy. You can do this one of two ways. You can use an HDMI cable, of course, or you can use AirPlay. Both will work to play Amazon Instant Video on your television instantly and without interruption. On Android, you might run into a few more difficulties. Google TV owners can find an app in the Play Store and stream instantly, but all others have to go through the Amazon web store. Sadly, this may not work for everyone because the app does not work on tablets. On Nexus 7, as an example, you may not have the ability to view your movies and shows as easily as you would like. Even if the app does work, it does require that you download a second app to make use of it. Watching on Chromecast is possible, but not right away. There is no support, but there is a way around it. By changing from Silverlight to Flash, you can watch the movies and television shows from the browser part of Chromecast. Game consoles can access Amazon Instant Video through an application. You can watch on PS3 and PS4, on Xbox consoles, and on Wii. Download the app, open it up, and start streaming your content immediately. On TV, you can stream if your television is a Smart TV. There is an available application for most smart TVs, making it possible to watch content without a second device connected. Whats Good on Instant Video is a website that provides useful information for people looking to purchase Amazon Instant Video accounts.
