The Cannabinoid which is stated to be Cannabis’ chemical component is used for activating specific receptors that are found all over the body for producing pharmacological effects, especially in the immune system and central nervous system. Although the Drug and Food Administration of the US is yet to approve Cannabis as ingredient towards curing diseases, it is being used by numerous health practitioners across the globe. Possession of Cannabis also termed as Marinjuana, according to the US federal law is illegal. The person when caught is likely to pay hefty fine and serve jail. Nevertheless, these are still found legal and in demand for being used by the public in several Asian, Middle Eastern and European countries. Apart from medical usage, these are popular as recreational chemical or legal high, used by youths. Even though not much harmful or addictive like marijuana or pure cannabis, they still can create a euphoria sense or ecstasy among users. Several nations have legalized its distribution and sale among public. They might have both positive and adverse effects on people. Studies are still being conducted on this compound.
