Hair is not only important for women, it is equally important for men too. In the past, purchasing products was quick and simple. But now, things are complicated and the market is crowded with many different products. We hardly understand what we need and what we don't! If we talk about hair care products, there's hair oil, mask, cream, shampoo, serum, etc. Then come styling care products and styling products and more. But, what are essentials? You're the best person to decide what you need, depending on your liking or prerequisites. The products vary with one's hair type or problems. For example, healthy hair might need nothing more than oil, shampoo and a conditioner. If you have wavy locks, you might need something to tame your hair, whereas, for damaged hair, special care is needed. So, it is all about what your hair needs and what will suit it best. Irrespective of your hair type, hair oil is very important. You may choose lighter hair oil in case you have oily hair or have to go for work. But, you can never skip oil. In this modern era, most of us ignore oil and think it is old-fashioned or greasy. Oil restores lost hydration, offers nourishment, repairs damaged hair and also promotes hair growth. Before I take hair shower, I always apply oil and leave it for at least an hour. I apply light oil like Argan, after shower and my hair is dry. I usually apply it before I can venture out, so my pores will be ready to receive it in. I always prefer a leave-in hair conditioner for my hair. Yes, it is gentle compared to wash-off conditioner and will also, nourish and shine my hair. Yes, it doesn't restore lost moisture alone, but adds a nice shine to my hair. In case your hair is damaged due to styling or heat, conditioner is necessary. I apply a very mild shampoo, so my hair's nutrients and moisture are retained. Did you know chemical shampoos can leave your hair dry and lifeless? I go for daily use shampoo, though I wash my hair 2 - 3 times a week I use a wide-toothed comb for detangling my wavy hair and normal comb for regular combing, but both are wooden combs I rarely use a brush and don't use hair dryer even if I don't have time! I rarely use it without heat, when am out for occasion and use a protective product to avert hair damage I use Argan based hair nourishment products as they're light, nutrient-rich, restore and rejuvenate my hair and promotes long and lustrous locks. They're the best nourishment for hair and do a good job at easing frizz. After all, women want healthy hair. Isn't it? These suggestions work for men too and men with hair loss issues can give this a try - of course, with some tweaks, to fit your style. Do you want to know which hair treatments for damaged hair I use?
