The DMV office has a helpdesk through which drivers can enquire about the current status of driver’s license. The help desk can also be used to check driving record of any individual. PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS: For the redressal of the grievances citizens are requested to contact the NODAL OFFICER (Public relations and grievances) whose telephone numbers are indicated below. The Departmental Nodal Officers (Public relations and grievances) will acknowledge/respond to their grievances immediately. Suitable action on the complaint will be taken depending upon its nature. Online driving record of every individual is based on their performance at driving test and theoretical tests. At DMV office, every individual is given sufficient training on vehicles in the category of C1 + E - 7.5t and trailer, C + E Truck & Trailer, D1+E Minibus & Trailer so that they do not face any problem in attaining the respective license. Employee driving record is duly maintained by the department so that it can be cross referenced in case the need arises for the same.
