This is ideal for those who are relocating to come work for you as well as those who will be graduating school and coming to work for you. There may be all sorts of reasons why you need locums. The trick is knowing where to get them and get them in a hurry. There are healthcare recruiting companies that specialize in locum tenens. This ensures that you only have to make one call and you can begin interviewing temporary, qualified individuals within the next few days. Many qualified individuals choose to work in a temporary position because it allows them to see different healthcare establishments and work with different kinds of patients.
