There is this wide spread idea that the longer we last in bed, the better the sex and the overall experience is. That is true, but every man has his weakness, and we sometimes tend to jump the gun and leave our partner unsatisfied. This is bad, and can lead to a lot of arguments, a breakup or two, and even some deep confidence issues burning inside, therefore we must do everything within our power to make sure that this does not happen. There are a lot of ways to last longer between the bed sheets, you just have to find the one that is better suited to you. 1. Thinking about something else. (imaginative way) This is something I do not recommend, because of the fact that you want to be there to enjoy the sexual act itself without your mind wandering off. This method might work on certain people, but in my point of view, not being able to be there with your body as well as your mind, renders having sex useless and meaningless. 2. Exercise. (physical way) This is hitting two birds with one stone, because you wind up lasting longer in bed, and you get to look a lot better while doing it. When I say exercise, I mean the cardio workouts, like calisthenics, jogging, running, anything that can get your heart pumping. This increases the blood flow, altering the size and strength of your reproductive system, and before you know it, your erection will be more powerful, longer, and you will last more. 3. A healthy diet. (nutritional way) A healthy diet can help you in a lot of ways, but it doesn’t really make that much of an impact on how much you last in bed. Truth be told, most people that have told me about this method have said that the changes are minor and almost unnoticeable. A healthy diet makes you healthier, increases your overall immune system, but when it comes to sexual stamina, it just does not make that much of a difference. 4. Medical treatments. (medicinal / chemical way) This is something that should be resorted to only in extreme situations. These drugs are powerful, and can really mess up your reproductive system, so don’t go out getting the drugs without a doctor’s prescription first, or else you might wind up never finishing at all. 5. A more manly approach. (psychological way) This is a lot of fun and beneficial to us human males. What this implies is basically releasing your inner berserker, the alpha male, the ultimate expression of masculinity that you possess. You will see the sexual act as something that you dominate rather than something you work for. You will see your sexual partner as your personal female rather than someone you have to impress, and the sex itself like the trophy you were built for. You can imagine the psychological relief that this implies, and it can help you last longer if you channel it right. Any single one of these ways may help you in bed, but it is up to you to choose which one is the one you will be following. last longer in bed
