Vandana Luthra, Founder & Mentor of VLCC and Mukesh Luthra, who is a founding member, have successfully exhibited super-flawless amalgamation of scientific research with traditional therapies and added new dimensions in VLCC track records. Mukesh Luthra says that initially she had nothing. She did not have a God father who could help her in paving outshining ways, no business tie-ups and above all, no inherited wealth to invest in. She said that in the beginning, she had to struggle a lot in order to have just the right perception and mindset. And for the reason that VLCC was an enterprise established by a woman, people used to consider it merely as an extension of a hobby, and many a times, she was not taken seriously. This was something that had affected her and the enterprise terribly not just once or twice, but many a times. Now, as the saying goes, it’s only because of those who said no to me then that I had to find ways that helped me to reach this place where I am standing today. She would often mention feeling bad about it, but eventually she realized that merely feeling bad or thinking over people’s perception won’t be of any help and this is something that inspired her to head towards a positive direction and with time and her self-determination, she turned out to be an iconic mentor and a business woman who is heading VLCC in the best possible way likewise Mukesh Luthra who is an integral part of this company. Vanadana Luthra acknowledges the fact that she was heading towards a very responsible path and she could not afford to take that path lightly in any which way. She created her own path with mutual decisions taken with Mukesh Luthra because of which VLCC has turned out the way it is today. Both Vandana and Mukesh Luthra acknowledge the fact that though the path was not a smooth and flexible one they aimed to propel VLCC to the top priority list of patrons, which is what it is today.
