Perry M Simpson is distraught to announce the loss of her best friend Arin's beloved dog ‘Pooh Pooh'. Arin's dog was stolen by police in Tijuana, Mexico and Mr. Simpson is fighting to have her returned to her owner. Arin, a bohemian artist, left her home in America to seek an adventure in Tijuana, Mexico. There she lived with her dog Pooh Pooh in a downtown apartment. Unfortunately Arin had numerous run-ins with the local police who continued to harass her unduly. They ransacked her apartment and took every penny she had. They arrested her twice and on the second occasion they decided to make an example of her by confiscating ‘Pooh Pooh'. She was ordered to leave Mexico and returned to San Diego, California, where she survived in homeless shelters. On hearing of her father's declining health, she travelled to Texas to nurse him, but through all her trials and tribulations she yearns for Pooh Pooh to return home and be safely by her side. Perry M Simpson, a Beloved friend of Arin's, is desperate to raise enough funds to have Arin and her dog reunited. This is not an easy undertaking but Perry hates to see her friend so forlorn. "I was simply devastated when I heard Arin's story. She is such a kind and loving, free spirited person; I cannot believe anyone could be cruel to her. She loved that puppy with all her heart and is a lost soul without her by her side. It is incredible what the Mexican police department are getting away with and although bribery seems wrong.
