Make sure you never put on wet gloves or socks. Socks and gloves that are wet will irritate the skin, causing it to crack and itch, and in worst cases, a flare-up of eczema.

Avoiding alcohol will help you to have more beautiful skin. Having one drink a day can be okay, but you need to remember that alcohol can make your skin more oily. This leads to the clogging of your pores and will result in the skin breaking out due to the excess amounts of oil.

Rub apple cider vinegar on blemishes for a refreshing remedy. It moisturizes while killing bacteria. Just be sure to use the method during the day rather than night, as the scent from the apple cider vinegar can get all over your sheets at nighttime.

It is important to remember that your skin is just as important as the other organs in your body. By ensuring you get a good amount of vitamins and minerals you can actually end up with clearer skin. This is particularly true with regards to digestion, something that has been linked to skin health. Increasing the fiber in your diet is a simple way to improve digestion. Increasing your fiber intake is great for your skin and your digestion.

Washing your hands can cause them to dry out, whether or not you use soap. Always carefully dry your hands and reapply your moisturizing cream. It will keep your hands noticeably nice and smooth. Keep a small tube of hand cream with you and use it when you use public restrooms.

Whether you wash your hands with soap or simply with warm water, you can still cause them to become dry. Make it a point to use hand cream whenever your hands get wet. This can help to keep them moisturized. This will keep your skin nice and soft. Keep a travel-size hand lotion with you so you can moisturize your hands wherever you need to wash them.
