A Costa Mesa man has been arrested in connection with the death of his elderly mother inside a home they shared. His elderly mother was 80 years old. The Costa Mesa man has been charged with physical elder abuse and manslaughter. Neighbors claim that the Costa Mesa man acted strangely at times.
