In such cases that you are preparing for parties or any get-together with friends and families but the regular plates and trays are impractical, the disposable paper tableware will be of great help. And if you are the manager making preparations for a reception, Charity Party or other business-related events, the environmental friendly disposable food trays can promote environmental friendly message to the audience and add color to the party. Then is it look good to use disposable tableware in the business-related events or other parties? Almost every industry has developed toward the eco-friendly, the research and development on the green products is growing vigorously to go with the tide of historical development. In fact, the most fundamental and important aspect of environmental conservation is to use recycled paper products that recycling reduces the harmful impact on the environment of making new paper. Producing recycled paper as opposed to virgin, or non-recycled, paper reduces harmful deforestation, air and water pollution, energy consumption and solid waste. Paper was first invented in China 2,000 years ago, and it was first made of mulberry bark, hemp, rags and water. In the 8th century, Muslims captured a Chinese paper mill, learned how to produce paper and, centuries later, introduced paper making to Europe. In 1690, the United States built its first paper mill in Pennsylvania. Today, paper is made primarily from forest trees. Since 1990, when recycling of paper began in earnest, recovery of paper has increased by 77 percent in the United States, according to the American Forest & Paper Association. In 2010, 63.5 percent of all the paper consumed in the U.S. was recovered for recycling, averaging 334 pounds for each man, woman and child. However, most of the recycled paper is from business and industry. When paper is recycled, it is used for many products, such as newspapers, magazines, notebooks and corrugated boxes. The recycling process begins with the delivery of recovered paper to a material recovery facility, where staples, paper clips and other contaminants are removed. Next, the pulp is cleaned and turned into slush with a beater. In most cases, wood fibers are added to compensate for weakening fibers in recycled paper. Substances like dyes and coatings are often added. The slush is then pumped onto a moving screen and drained. Giant rollers further drain the slush and create a smooth, uniform sheet. Heated rollers evaporate the remaining water. This article comes from:http://www.biodegradabletableware.com.cn/News/181.htm
