Now I am sitting on my office chair with finger tapping the keyboard, sharing with you about my experience on the daily maintenance of office chairs. When sitting on the office chair, the center of gravity should be in the middle to ensure flexible rotation of the chair. After a long time of using the office chair, the screws should be checked whether they are loose or not. The elasticity of the spring should be adjusted based on the user's weight to make the back of the chair move freely. It is strictly prohibited of putting some heavy objects on the armrests of sofa and chair. And don't place the chair in the sunshine for a long time, which will lead to the ageing of plastic.
As for the routine cleaning, first of all, having some acquaintance with the material of office chair is necessary. Different kinds of office chairs have different ways of cleaning. For the leather office chairs, the leather cleaner should be used in inconspicuous place to see whether there is color fading. If there is, it should be diluted and use lukewarm water to clean it. A dry cloth can be used directly in cleaning the wooden office chair. Cloth with too much water is not recommended, it will speed up the internal decay of wood. Generally, the cleaning method for other kinds of chairs is to use a spray cleaner and wipe gently. Don't wipe the chair fiercely, in that case the shape of chair will be deformed.
