Not specifically a "deli," but Bottega Florentina on Newbury St. is totally awesome. It is tiny, Italian, take-in or consume out, cheap, and oh, Awesome. The Boston forum is here. posted by olddogeyes at 8:18 PM on February 13, 2009 There is a deli ideal across from the Park Street T (red/ green line) referred to as "Lambert's Marketplace around the Common" (140 Tremont Street). It is got genuinely wonderful sandwiches, lots of fruit, a smaller bakery, along with other snacky points. You will find a number of tables readily available, or you may constantly discover a seat within the Commons. Also. for those who show your charlie card you get 10% off of $10 or a lot more. It may get a little packed at lunch, but do not let the line scare you-- it goes quite quickly. Enjoy! posted by veryhappyheidi at 9:23 PM on February 13, 2009 S in inman square or Michael's in Coolidge Corner or perhaps Barry's in Newton posted by mgerstenblatt at 9:28 PM on February 13, 2009 Seconding Chowhound suggestion, but when I'm here. Sam LaGrassas near Park St. Has two entrances - one particular for take-out and a single for tables but not specifically what you've described. Lunch hours only. What you actually want is most likely Michaels but it really is in Brookline. Rubin's can also be in Brookline and has both full table sevice plus a takeout counter. posted by FreezBoy at 11:51 PM on February 13, 2009 You may need the All star sandwich bar just across the river in Cambridge. Very recommend the Thanksgiving Unique, but no disappointments have come out of their but.If you like bottega veneta please Visit our buy bottega veneta online! Happy shopping!
