It does not take a lot of talent to start painting art. Zachary Zaitzeff encountered that art myth when he decided to take up art. He taught himself, and Zachary Zaitzeff says you can teach yourself to paint, too. There are some basics that you need to do first, and Zachary Zaitzeff wants to help you get started. - Choose paint. You need to decide what kind of paint you will be using. There are several different types including oils, acrylics, watercolors and pastels. Zachary Zaitzeff suggests trying them all out to decide which you like best.
- Buy art material. Do not break the bank when it comes to buying paint, especially when you are not sure if that is what you plan to use in creating your artwork. As far as brushes go, a larger brush will give you broader strokes. On the flipside, the smaller the brush, the finer the stroke you will have. Zachary Zaitzeff says the material of brushes is also important as most will be made of synthetic material.
- Decide what to paint. One of the most difficult decisions is deciding what the subject of your artwork will be. Zachary Zaitzeff is a mountaineer, and he enjoys painting the landscapes he sees. It is a view many do not get to experience, so Zachary Zaitzeff brings them to life for others. You do not need to look far to be inspired. You can use things from your real life to turn into a work of art. There are endless possibilities of things you can paint.
Art is a way for people to express themselves and allow their emotions to shine through. You do not need to have extensive experience in order to be good at it. Just find what pleases you, and you will be able to be an artist just like Zachary Zaitzeff. http://painting.about.com/od/paintingforbeginners/a/first_painting.htm http://www.wikihow.com/Paint
