Making Decisions You will get to make a lot of decisions when it comes to new homes. Where do you want to live? What lot do you want within the community? What floor plan do you want? What options do you want inside the home? As you make the decisions for all of this, you are able to begin personalizing your home more effectively - truly making it yours. It can be difficult to feel comfortable in a pre-owned home - at least until you have the time and money to personalize it. Until then, you feel like you are living on top of someone else’s things - and sometimes someone else’s filth. You simply don’t know what took place in the home before you - and this is avoided when you buy new homes.
