I want to share with you a few of my muscle hypertrophy methods that are designed to help you get much more muscle growth out of what you're doing now. There are many ways to stimulate your muscles to grow bigger and for some reason people think the best way is to do strength training. This really isn't the best way, as there are many great methods that have far greater hypertrophy than strength training. I'm going to show you exactly what you're going to need to do to get the best results. Since most people are doing strength training, you are getting a little bit of muscle. When you first start at it, the growth is pretty good for about a month, than after that things pretty much plateau. The reason is that strength training doesn't necessarily need large muscle fibers. They need fibers that are better at being pulled on, more elastic. I first realized this fact at the gym, since I have a much bigger build than other people, but skinny people were able to almost double what I could lift, yet, I was double the size of them. I have many different ways to have a lot of muscle hypertrophy. Most people don't understand there is a lot more to stimulating muscle fibers than just strength. What I try to do is include all aspects of muscle stimulation into my workout to help increase my overall muscle growth. There is no need to pick one over the other, take them all. Volume is an excellent growth tool. Volume is the amount of weight you lift multiplied by the number of reps. Take that over a week. Have high volume weeks, regular weeks and low volume weeks.
