The Annual Regal Awards Ceremony presented by the Home Builders Association of Delaware held their awards night on the 17th of May 2013 in the state capital of Dover. This ceremony highlights the best in both Sales and Marketing within the Delaware home-building industry. Among the many awards presented, Schell Brothers, a new home builder in Delaware, earned the award for the best Green Built Home in Delaware for the second time. This was not the only award snagged by Schell Brothers last Friday. A few individuals also were recognized on this great night.
