Weight distributing hitch: These are used for heavy duty towing. These type of hitches use long rods are spring bars attached to the back of the trailers. The weight of the tow vehicle is distributed evenly by the spring bars. The weight will be distributed between rear and front wheels. Safety Chain: A heavy trailer usually has two safety chains. These come into use when the hit or coupler fail to hold catch the trailer nose. Before choosing to purchase a heavy duty truck, one should understand all the other tools needed to be in the business and for what reasons, the heavy duty trucks are used. These are generally used when a vehicle fails on the road and they need to be carried or dragged. Different types of tow trucks are available such as flatbed tow trucks, wheel lift trucks, integrated trucks, boom trucks, chain two trucks and so on. Medium duty tow trucks are best for the people who are just entering the towing business. It would always be beneficial to have different kinds of trucks when in towing business.
