Copper jaw crusher plant contains vibrating feeder,PE-jaw crusher,pex jaw crusher,vertical shaft impact crusher ,vibrating screen,sand washing machine.the design capacity is from 50t/h to 500 t/h . The stone material is sent regularly by the vibrating feed to the primary jaw crusher. This is the first step of copper jaw crusher plant. Crushed copper is sent to the second jaw crusher to be crush again. the crushd material is sent by the vibrating screen to be separated.The material whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand making machine can be sent to the sanding making machine. This crushing plant is suitable for may different ores such as iron and copper and gold. So it is often called Copper jaw crusher plant and iron ore jaw crusher plant. Process of Copper jaw crusher plant The unsuitable materials,like copper ore and iron ore should be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushing material from the sand making machine is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable seperated sand which is the final product should be sent to the sand washing machine to be cleaned. It is very important in whole Copper jaw crusher plant . And then sent by the belt conveyor.The unsuitable seperated sand should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again.The producing line froms two closed cycles. The producing line can be changed according to the customers requests.
