However, with the online presence of books, one could literally access hundreds of authors within a span of minutes. The second advantage that one gets with online study materials is a degree of flexibility. If you have an important extra class at school that you cannot afford to miss and if it clashes with the timings of your Maths coaching classes, the scenario will not be pleasant. However, if your study material is online; you could attend the extra class and yet finish your Maths coaching because there is no scope of clash between the two. The flexibility of having online study gives rise to another advantage – accountability. For example, you could always tell your JEE teacher that you could not prepare the Physics lesson because you had to study for a upcoming test in school. And while that may be the truth, it makes you lose out on the next chapter in Physics that the teacher is teaching. However, since online classes and studies are not strictly restrictive in their timing; you could finish your Physics lesson later in the day and then tackle the next chapter. It is literally a win-win situation. Perhaps the biggest advantage of online study materials is that it puts the control in the hand of the student. If you are preparing for your CBSE Board exams and the class in generally weak in Chemistry, the teacher will tend to concentrate more on it. However, if Maths is what you need to focus on; you will not get it in class. That is because the teacher or the facilitator always moves according to the general performance of the class.
