The esteemed Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering was set up in the year 2001 has been well functioning since the past decade. Due to the growth of the Department, the initial sanctioned limit of 60 students is now revised to 120. The department stands for making its students technically sound in the subject and has the main objective as instilling in its students excellent communication skills along with their quality education. They focus on each of their students individually so as to make them responsible citizens of the nation and serve the country as well the society better. It got accredited by the prestigious NBA New Delhi in the year 2009. The Departments of Tamilnadu college of Engineering stands equipped with excellent lab facilities and the teaching techniques for its students. Also, considering the importance of books, a well established central library with highly educated and with an international fame. The Departments lays detailed attention along with its efficient faculty members to provide all the lab facilities like electrical machines, measurement & instrumentation, control systems etc for the betterment of its students.
