If you're serious about saving money get a Capital One credit card and a Charles Schwab ATM card. Both businesses don't charge their customers for overseas fees, and they're very convenient to use. Look Into A City Tourism Card There's a 99.9% chance that the city you're vacationing in has a tourism bureau, and most of them offer city tourism cards. City tourism cards give their holders free admission into major tourist sites. If you're traveling to Paris that card could get you into the Eifel Tower for free, or if you're going to Tuscany you could get into a museum free of charge. The card's generosity doesn't end with national landmarks. Many of these cards offer discounts at restaurants and cafes, and some can even get you free transportation.
